Abstract:
Provided is a support device for an indoor cycling exercise, the support device comprising a support device body rotatably mounted on a rear wheel axle (130) of a bicycle (100), wherein the support device body comprises a support assembly (10) and a fixing seat assembly (20). The invention further relates to the bicycle (100). By means of mounting the support assembly (10) which is capable of rotating by 180 degrees, an exerciser can conveniently select indoor exercise or outdoor exercise, such that the situation that the exerciser cannot complete outdoor exercise due to the weather or other factors is avoided. When doing outdoor exercise, the support assembly (10) is mounted on the bicycle (100), and the support assembly (10) is used for carrying goods or a person; and when doing indoor exercise, the support assembly (10) is pulled away from the bicycle and is rotated by 180 degrees to be right below a rear wheel (110) of the bicycle, so that the rear wheel (110) is lifted to facilitate exercise. The support assembly (10) is fixedly mounted on the fixing seat assembly (20) in order to increase the stability of the bicycle (100).
