Abstract:
A steam cooking device 10 is provided with: a first container unit 12 in which supplied water (first liquid) W1 is stored; a heating unit 13 that is arranged inside the first container unit 12, and that heats the water W1 stored in the first container unit 12 and converts a portion of the water to steam H; a heat exchange unit 15 that is inserted into the first container unit 12 and that, when water (second liquid) W2 having a lower temperature than the steam V is supplied, transfers a portion of the heat of the steam V to the water W2; a second container unit 16 in which the hot water H heated by the heat exchange unit 15 is stored; and a discharge nozzle (steam discharge part, liquid discharge part) 17 that communicates with the first container unit 12, and that discharges the steam V and/or the hot water H. The steam V and/or the hot water H is discharged toward a frozen food (object) F.
