Abstract:
The present invention improves the amount of superheated steam generated per unit time. This superheated steam-generating device is provided with: a mist-generating part for generating a mist from a liquid; a flow channel part with a rising flow channel extending from an inflow port side, into which mist generated by the mist-generating part flows, toward an outflow port side that is located at a higher position than the inflow port; a gas flow-generating part for generating a rising gas flow inside the rising flow channel from the inflow port toward the outflow port; and a superheated steam-generating heater that is disposed inside the rising flow channel and is for generating superheated steam by heating the mist flowing into the rising flow channel.
