Abstract:
A supercritical nitrogen quenching circulation cooling system for use in a vacuum furnace, comprising a heating chamber (2), a transfer chamber (3), and a quenching chamber (4) arranged in sequence, the quenching chamber (4) being a pressure-resistant sealed cavity, a fan (10), a heat exchanger (11), and a nozzle assembly (12) arranged around a workpiece (1) being arranged therein; the nozzle assembly (12) is in communication with a supercritical tank (8) arranged outside the quenching chamber (4) by means of a pipeline, and the quenching chamber (4) is in communication with the supercritical tank (8) by means of pipelines via a condensing chamber (5), a liquid nitrogen tank (6), and a pressure/temperature regulator (7).
