Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of quantum computing and discloses a superconducting circuit preparation method and a superconducting quantum chip. The preparation method comprises: determining a first junction area located between a first electric element and a second electric element on a substrate, and a second junction area located between a first conductive plate and a second conductive plate that are preformed; forming a Josephson junction in the second junction area, a first superconducting layer and a second superconducting layer of the Josephson junction being electrically connected to the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate in a one-to-one correspondence manner; connecting the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate to a detection circuit to measure an electrical parameter of the Josephson junction and determine whether the electrical parameter is within a target parameter range; if yes, cutting and separating the Josephson junction from the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate, and moving the Josephson junction to the first junction area; and forming a first connection structure for connecting the first superconducting layer and the first electric element, and a second connection structure for connecting the second superconducting layer and the second electric element. The present application can ensure that a prepared superconducting circuit satisfies design requirements.
