A suction-type auto-moving apparatus comprises: a machine body (1), the machine body (1) being disposed with a suction cup (2), a driving unit, and a control unit, the suction cup (2) being disposed at the bottom of the machine body (1), and the driving unit being controlled by the control unit to drive the machine body (1) to move on a working surface; and an elastic support wheel component (3), the component (3) being disposed at the bottom of the machine body (1); and further comprises a frictional pad (4), the frictional pad (4) being capable of being tightly pressed to the working surface with the release of air of the suction cup (2), thereby increasing friction between the machine body (1) and the working surface. When the suction cup (2) is in a negative-pressure suction state, the elastic support wheel component (3) is at a first working position of tight compression; when the suction cup (2) is in an air-released state, the elastic support wheel component (3) is at a second working position of extension, and the frictional pad (4) leaves the working surface. The elastic support wheel component (3) in the suction-type auto-moving apparatus can reduce friction between the suction cup (2) and the working surface, thereby reducing energy consumption during working of a robot, and extending the service life of the suction cup (2) and a robot driving system.
