Abstract:
A stripping and wire-separating shaping machine, comprising a rack (1), a first driving member (2), a first support member (3) and a cutter assembly; the first driving member (2) is mounted on the rack (1) and drives the first support member (3) in an X-axis direction, the cutter assembly is provided on the first support member (3), and the cutter assembly comprises an upper cutter mechanism (4) and a lower cutter mechanism (5) fitting with each other; said machine further comprises a wire-separating assembly (6) provided on the cutter assembly, the rack (1) or the first support member (3), the wire-separating assembly (6) comprising a second driving member (61), an ejector pin assembly (62) and a third driving member (63); and the second driving member (61) drives the ejector pin assembly (62) in a Z-axis direction, the third driving member (63) drives the ejector pin assembly (62) in the X-axis direction, and the ejector pin assembly (62) is provided close to a cutter edge of the cutter assembly, and comprises at least one wire-separating ejector pin (621). The stripping and wire-separating shaping machine is able to both strip off a cable sheath, and separate two exposed core wires.
