Abstract:
A stripping device for a waste asphalt mixture, comprising a housing (1) and a main shaft (10) provided in the housing; an upper centrifugal rotor (20) and a lower centrifugal rotor (30) are disposed on the main shaft at an interval; a feeding channel (11) is provided at a position on the top end of the housing corresponding to the center of the upper centrifugal rotor, and a discharging channel (12) is provided at a position on the bottom end of the housing corresponding to the center of the lower centrifugal rotor; and two sets of abrasion-resistant protective plates (40) respectively corresponding to the upper centrifugal rotor and the lower centrifugal rotor are further provided in the housing; and a guide plate (13) for guiding a material that has been stripped by the upper centrifugal rotor into the center of the lower centrifugal rotor is provided at the bottom end of the upper abrasion-resistant protective plate. Two sets of centrifugal rotors that are connected in series on the same main shaft and may enable RAP to be scoured at a high speed under the action of centrifugal force are provided in the stripping device. An RAP material flow enters the stripping device to undergo collision and rubbing twice so that an asphalt film on the surface of a coarse aggregate and an asphalt mass formed by asphalt and a fine aggregate are stripped, and one-time feeding and two-time stripping are thus achieved.
