Abstract:
Disclosed is a strain wave gear device using different materials and comprising an internally toothed gear, in which an internal tooth and an inner race are integrally formed. The strain wave gear device comprises: a rigid internally toothed gear; an externally toothed gear having flexibility and being provided in the internally toothed gear; a wave generator which is provided in the externally toothed gear, and transforms the externally toothed gear into an elliptical shape and rotates the externally toothed gear; and an input bearing which is provided between the internally toothed gear and the externally toothed gear, and supports the internally toothed gear and the externally toothed gear to be rotatable relative to each other, wherein the internally toothed gear comprises: a body portion supporting the outer side of the externally toothed gear; a tooth forming the internal tooth engaged with the externally toothed gear; and an inner race portion that becomes the inner race of the input bearing. The body portion, the tooth, and the inner race portion are integrally formed.
