Abstract:
A straight-stroke no-material-loss high-temperature normal-pressure filler sealing structure, comprising an upper valve cover (1), which has an accommodating cavity; a valve stem (2), which passes through the accommodating cavity of the upper valve cover (1); a filler component (3), which is located in the accommodating cavity and is sleeved on the valve stem (2); a filler gland (4), which is sleeved on the valve stem (2), and the bottom part of which is inserted into an opening of the accommodating cavity; the filler component (3) comprises a first scraper ring (5), a first primary-secondary filler (6), a support ring (7), a second primary-secondary filler (8), and a second scraper ring (9) which are sleeved on the valve stem (2) in succession; the first and second scraper rings (5, 9) are arranged symmetrically. The first scraper ring (5) comprises metal scrapers (10) that are in an up-down arrangement, and a graphite sealing ring (11) located between the two; the bottom part of an inner ring of the lower metal scraper (10) is provided with an arc angle, and the bottom part of the inner ring of said metal scraper (10) is provided with an annular material storage groove (13).
