Abstract:
According to the present invention, video is recorded without interruption by making it so that wear leveling processing is not executed during video recording. A storage (5) comprises a flash memory (53) having a recording area (RA) that records video, and a controller (55) that controls recording to the flash memory (53) for video. If a data recording maldistribution degree is at or above a first threshold value, the controller (55) executes first wear leveling processing for decreasing the data recording maldistribution degree below the first threshold value as a standard function of the storage (5). The controller (55) acquires a second threshold value, which is a data recording maldistribution degree for making it so that the data recording maldistribution degree does not arrive at the first threshold value during video recording, and if the data recording maldistribution degree is greater than the second threshold value, the controller (55) executes second wear leveling processing for decreasing the data recording maldistribution degree to equal to or less than the second threshold value.
