Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an STM32-based Hall phase calibration method and apparatus. The method comprises: connecting an STM32-based adjustable configurator to a PC end, configuring an STM32 chip by using a PC-end upper computer, and writing parameters related to an electric motor; observing, by using an oscilloscope, whether phases of an electric motor winding and a Hall sensing module meet requirements; then, determining whether to record, by using the STM32, a phase value of the present Hall sensing module or the phase difference between the present Hall sensing module and the electric motor winding, whether to write electric motor parameters by using the STM32-based adjustable configurator, or whether to switch on a direct-current adjustable constant-current power source, so as to lock a phase of the electric motor; and after calculation of a compensation algorithm is performed by means of the STM32-based adjustable configurator, reconfiguring a phase difference for the Hall sensing module. The calibration is simple, convenient and efficient, and a positioning requirement with regard to the physical angle of the Hall sensing module relative to the electric motor winding is low, such that the calibration precision is high.
