Abstract:
Provided are a stirrer (20) comprising a container (7) holding a liquid to be stirred
and a surface acoustic wave element (22) radiating sound wave to the liquid so
as to stir the liquid by the sound wave, and an analyzer. The surface acoustic wave
element (22) in the stirrer (20) comprises a piezoelectric substrate (22a) and
a sound generation part (22b) generating the sound wave for stirring the liquid.
The sound generation part (22b) is disposed on the piezoelectric substrate and
between the wall of the container (7) in the area in contact with the liquid and
the piezoelectric substrate. An acoustic matching layer is disposed between
the surface acoustic element (22) and the container, and the sound generation
part (22b) is protected by the acoustic matching layer.
