Abstract:
The stereolithography device (10) comprises: a molding tank (11), provided with a light transmission plate (14) on the bottom surface, a photocurable resin (1) being stored therein; a light irradiation unit (20) for irradiating light (L) to cure the photocurable resin (1); a platform (12) that can be raised and lowered relative to the molding tank (11); a partition (13) formed in a cylindrical shape and forming an airtight space (3) in collaboration with the platform (12); a raising/lowering control unit (31) for forming a photocurable resin layer of a predetermined thickness between the lower surface of the partition (13) and lower surface of the space (3) and the light transmission plate (14); and an irradiation control unit (32) for irradiating the photocurable resin layer with light (L) corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of a 3D printed object (2) at a predetermined height position to form a cured layer.
