Abstract:
Provided is a stepless transmission in which driving force is transmitted by an endless transmission member 5 wound around V-grooves 6 in both an input pulley 1 and an output pulley. The input pulley 1 is provided with: a pair of movable sections 8; a pair of pulley half-disks 13 connected to an input shaft 2; and a center link 21 and connection links 23, 23, the center and connection links 21, 23, 23 connecting the pair of movable sections 8 to each other. The endless transmission member 5 is in contact with the pulley surfaces 4a of the pulley half-disks 13. A link mechanism which is constituted by the center link 21 and the connection links 23, 23 extends and contracts so that the amounts of axial movement of the pair of movable sections 8 are equal.
