Abstract:
Provided are a steel wire and transmission shaft connecting structure, a surgical robot and a method. The connecting structure comprises a base (1), wherein a plurality of transmission shafts (3) penetrate the base (1); one end of each transmission shaft (3) is provided with a clamping block (4), the transmission shaft (3) is detachably clamped and fixed to a quick-connect shaft (19) by means of the clamping block (4) and a T-shaped groove (5) which is provided in one end of the quick-connect shaft (19), and the other end of the quick-connect shaft (19) penetrates a docking base (10) and is then detachably fixed to a steel wire (13) which extends out of a pipe fitting (12); and a shift clamp (11) is provided between the docking base (10) and the pipe fitting (12), the shift clamp (11) is provided with through holes for the quick-connect shafts (19) to pass therethrough, each through hole is composed of a first hole portion (17) and a second hole portion (18), and the quick-connect shaft (19) moves between the first hole portion (17) and the second hole portion (18) such that the quick-connect shaft (19) and the shift clamp (11) can be switched between a lock state and a release state. The connecting structure can achieve simultaneous connection between multiple transmission shafts and steel wires, thus satisfying the requirements of quick connection and quick release of driven members.
