Abstract:
A steel wire rope self-locking fastener, comprising a hollow shell sleeve (1) having openings at two ends. A rotating shaft (2) is provided in the shell sleeve, an oval locking wheel (3) is fixed to the rotating shaft, and mounting channels (4) are formed between two sides, perpendicular to the rotating shaft, of the locking wheel and the inner wall of the shell sleeve. The steel wire rope self-locking fastener uses the oval locking wheel as a locking structure, the structure is simple and reliable, friction force distribution is uniform, and a steel wire rope (5) is not prone to being damaged; the self-locking effect is achieved, the steel wire rope is tighter and tighter when pulled, and safety and reliability are achieved; the shell sleeve of a semi-closed structure is adopted, and it is guaranteed that the internal structure can be used for a long time and cannot be damaged easily.
