Abstract:
A steel pipe with enlarged joints having dual-purpose for flexible and rigid connection, which is connected to another in a manner of insertion, is characterized in that, the steel pipe has a socket end and a plug end having special size, when it is connected in flexibility, only a seal ring is assembled on a plug and then which plug with ring is inserted into a socket of another pipe, which achieve a seal connection without welding; when connected in rigid, it is require to weld to the inner and outer overlap surface of the socket end and plug end, simultaneously, the socket end may have an angle of rotation. The socket end and a plug end of the steel pipe is formed by applying an enlarged force to the walls of both steel pipes and it is formed by a die arrangement.
