Abstract:
According to the present invention, when multi-slit dampers are arranged to face each other at the right and left sides in a vertically divided structure, that is, when right and left outer slit dampers and inner slit dampers are configured to be overlappingly arranged at the right and left sides, the inner slit dampers are designed to have a relatively low yield strength and the outer slit dampers are designed to be higher in yield strength than the inner slit dampers. Further, the lower plate and the upper plate of each slit damper are arranged to engage with each other in a female/male structure while being spaced apart from each other. Therefore, a seismic retrofitting effect is continuously maintained while a slit damping area of each damper does not fracture even when external strong force is applied thereto.
