Abstract:
The present invention provides a steel belt transmission mechanism and belt wheels thereof. The steel belt transmission mechanism comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a steel belt transmission belt; the driving wheel and/or the driven wheel comprise: a belt wheel outer ring, a plurality of rolling bodies and a belt wheel lining coaxial with the belt wheel outer ring; a plurality of limiting through-holes are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction of the belt wheel outer ring, so as to accommodate the plurality of rolling bodies, and an aperture at one end, located on an outer surface of the belt wheel outer ring, of each of the limiting through-holes contracts, so as to prevent the rolling bodies from slipping out of an outer surface of the belt wheel outer ring; a first toothed structure arranged in a circumferential direction is provided on an inner surface of the belt wheel outer ring, and a second toothed structure engaged with the first toothed structure is provided on an outer surface of the belt wheel lining; the rolling body in each of the limiting through-holes is stopped by the belt wheel lining, such that part of the rolling body protrudes from the outer surface of the belt wheel outer ring; the transmission belt is sleeved on the outer surface of the belt wheel outer ring, and an inner surface of the transmission belt is provided with recess portions for fitting with protruding portions of the rolling bodies.
