Abstract:
A steam trap monitoring system, provided with: steam traps (1); gate valves (2) for opening/closing channels to the steam traps (1), the gate valves (2) being located on the upstream side of the steam traps (1); sensors (3) for detecting one or more physical quantities; and an analysis unit (4) for analyzing detection information from the sensors (3). In this steam trap monitoring system, the analysis unit (4) is configured to analyze both the functional state of a steam trap (1) and the functional state of a gate valve (2) on the basis of detection information from a single sensor (3).
