Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steam trap for adjusting a nozzle-plug type orifice and, more specifically, to a steam trap for adjusting a nozzle-plug type orifice, the steam trap which has, in an orifice-type steam trap, an orifice adjustment device (50) comprising an orifice nozzle (51), an orifice adjuster (52), and an adjuster fixing nut (53), and which is easily adjusted by a user using the anti-loosening adjuster fixing nut (53) and the orifice adjuster (52), and thus the amount of discharged condensate water is adjusted, discharge pressure is adjusted, and steam discharge is prevented. To this end, the present invention comprises: a trap main body (20) connected to a steam pipe (70); the orifice adjustment device (50) which is coupled to one side of the trap main body, and which has a nozzle fixing part (21), in which a shovel is vertically fixed, provided at an upper flow path inside the trap main body (20) so as to regulate the flow of the condensate water by means of the orifice nozzle (51) and the orifice adjuster (52), which are vertically provided, and discharge same; and a foreign material storage device (30) branching off from the trap main body (20) in a diagonal direction so as to prevent clogging caused by foreign material of the orifice adjustment device (50), so that the user easily adjusts the condensate water discharge amount and discharge pressure by means of the orifice adjuster (52) so as to prevent the discharge of steam.
