Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a heat transfer medium flow channel through which a heat transfer medium flows; a first economizer provided to the heat transfer medium flow channel; a second economizer provided upstream of the first economizer in the flow direction of the heat transfer medium in the heat transfer medium flow channel; a first evaporator provided upstream of the second economizer in the flow direction of the heat transfer medium in the heat transfer medium flow channel; a first flash tank for generating flash steam; a first water supply line that is formed so as to supply, to the second economizer, water heated by the first economizer; and a second water supply line that is provided branching off of the first water supply line and that is formed so as to supply, to the first flash tank, water heated by the first economizer.
