Abstract:
Provided are a steam generator and an electrical device. The steam generator comprises: a steam outlet, a housing, a heating assembly and a temperature controller, wherein the housing has a water inlet, and the heating assembly comprises a heating core and a heating tube. Part of the area of the heating core is disposed in the housing, and a water intake channel, a first water boiling cavity and a second water boiling cavity are formed between the heating core and the housing, wherein the first water boiling cavity and the second water boiling cavity are respectively located on two opposite sides of the water intake channel in an extension direction thereof; the water inlet is in communication with the water intake channel; the steam outlet is in communication with the first water boiling cavity and the second water boiling cavity; at least part of the area of a bottom wall corresponding to the water intake channel is formed as a temperature sensing zone of the temperature controller, and the arrangement position of the temperature sensing zone satisfies the following condition: both a water flow flowing from the water inlet to the first water boiling cavity and a water flow flowing from the water inlet to the second water boiling cavity flow through at least part of the temperature sensing zone; and the temperature controller is disposed on an outer surface of the temperature sensing zone and is connected in series with the heating tube.
