Abstract:
A steam generation device and a vehicle washing machine having the same. The steam generation device comprises: a housing (10), the housing (10) having a steam generation chamber (11) therein; a heating portion (20), at least part of the heating portion (20) being provided in the steam generation chamber (11); a detection assembly, the detection assembly comprising a conduction portion and a detection portion (30), wherein the conduction portion communicates with the steam generation chamber (11), the detection portion (30) is connected to the conduction portion, the detection portion (30) is electrically connected to the heating portion (20), and the detection portion (30) is used to measure the pressure of the conduction portion; and a controller, the controller being electrically connected to the heating portion (20) and the detection portion, and the controller controlling, according to the pressure measured by the detection portion (30), the heating portion (20) to be in a heating state or in a stop-heating state. The steam generation device causes steam pressure in the steam generation chamber to be constantly controlled within a certain safety range, thereby reducing the risk of device damage caused by excessive steam pressure.
