Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus in which the thermal catalytic reaction of a liquid to be treated is controlled at a specific temperature or lower by a stabilizer and catalyst, and the thermal catalytic reaction accelerates at a specific temperature or higher to instantaneously generate steam. This steam generation apparatus comprises: a vaporization furnace housing (21) that includes a cylindrical portion and flange portions (22, 23) formed on both axial sides of the cylindrical portion; an upper flange (31) and a lower flange (32) that are connected to the flange portions; a vaporization furnace (11) that has a cylindrical shape and is housed inside the cylindrical portion of the vaporization furnace housing with a spiral path (17) therebetween; a heat-generating member (61) that heats the interior of the vaporization furnace; an injection nozzle (12) that is disposed in the center of the upper flange and includes an injection portion for the liquid to be treated and a solenoid valve (13); a steam socket (41) that is attached to the lower flange and includes a steam inlet (43) connected to the interior of the vaporization furnace, a steam outlet (44) connected to the spiral path, and a steam path (42) connecting the steam inlet and the steam outlet; and a wastewater discharge port (45) that passes through both the lower flange and the steam socket.
