Abstract:
A stator and rotor structure for a dispersion machine and a dispersion machine. The stator and rotor structure comprises a stator (1) and a rotor (2), wherein the stator (1) comprises a fixing main body (11) and a primary grinding ring (10), the primary grinding ring (10) is fixed in the fixing main body (11), the rotor (2) comprises a rotating disc body (21) and a secondary grinding ring (20), the secondary grinding ring (20) is fixed to the rotating disc body (21), the secondary grinding ring (20) is connected to the primary grinding ring (10) in a fitted manner, and the secondary grinding ring and the primary grinding ring can rotate relative to each other. The dispersion machine (3) comprises a base (32), wherein a machine body (31) is mounted on the base (32); the machine body (31) comprises an electric motor, the rotor (2) and the stator (1); one end of the electric motor is fixed to the machine body (31), and the other end of the electric motor is connected to the rotor (2); the rotor (2) is connected to the stator (1) in a fitted manner, and a dispersion cavity (33) is formed between the rotor and the stator; the stator (1) is fixed to the machine body (31); and a first feeding pipe (4), a second feeding pipe (5) and a discharge pipe (6) are connected to the machine body (31), and are all in communication with the dispersion cavity (33). The stator and rotor structure for the dispersion machine (3) has efficient and powerful shearing and grinding, a material having more stable viscosity and solid content can be prepared, and the stator and rotor structure has a good dispersion effect, a high grinding efficiency, a simple structure and low costs.
