Abstract:
According to an embodiment of stainless steel for a fuel cell separator, having excellent through-plane electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, according to the present specification, when the surface of the stainless steel containing 15 wt% or greater of Cr is measured at a condition of a photoelectron take-off angle of 12° by X-ray angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy using an Al-Kα X-ray source, a measured value of the surface oxide element ratio (1) below may be 0.5-5, and a measured value of the surface oxide element ratio (2) below may be 0.5 or less.
