Abstract:
A squeeze-type ice maker, comprising a mounting frame (1), wherein a compressor (2) is arranged at the bottom of the mounting frame (1); a condenser (3) is arranged on a back face of the mounting frame (1); a barrel (5) is arranged on the mounting frame (1) above the compressor (2); a screw (6) is arranged inside the barrel (5); an evaporator (4) is wound around the barrel (5); an electric motor (7) is arranged at the top of the mounting frame (1); an output shaft (7.1) of the electric motor (7) is in transmission connection with an upper end of the screw (6); the upper end of the screw (6) is fixedly connected to the output shaft (7.1) of the electric motor (7) by means of a fixing pin (8); an outlet of the compressor (2) is connected to an inlet of the condenser (3); an outlet of the condenser (3) is connected to an inlet of the evaporator (4); and an outlet of the evaporator (4) is connected to an inlet of the compressor (2). By means of using the fixing pin (8) to connect the output shaft (7.1) of the electric motor (7) to the screw (6), the screw (6) is effectively prevented from moving up and down, and can resist against the counter-acting force of ice cubes, and thus the screw (6) rotates in a more stable manner, is not prone to slipping out of place and causing a fault, and is not easily damaged. In addition, the electric motor (7) is mounted above the barrel (5), such that the problem of water seepage is eliminated, and the service life of the ice maker is prolonged.
