Abstract:
A spring washer fastener comprises a spring washer member (1) and one or more tabs (2). The spring washer member (1) is a sheet-like member having an inner hole (3), and has one surface being convex and the other surface being concave. The tabs (2) are provided on a side of the convex surface and on a periphery of the spring washer member, and an angle between the tabs (2) and a plane (4) of the periphery of the spring washer member is a first angle (5). When the convex surface of the spring washer member is under pressure, the first angle (5) has an inverse correlation with the pressure on the spring washer member (1). The spring washer fastener addresses the technical problem of greater safety risk and potential quality issues caused by loosening of a screw due to an ill-positioned fastening torque, and achieves, at a low cost and with high efficiency, a technical effect in which a fastening state of the fastener is intuitively displayed.
