Abstract:
A spraying-type dust suppression device added to the tail of a construction vehicle, the device comprising a vehicle body (2), a water tank (4) and a spraying pipe. The water tank (4) is fixedly mounted at a bottom end of an inner wall of the vehicle body (2), a water quantity sensor (3) is fixedly mounted at a bottom end of an inner wall of the water tank (4), a common water pipe (6) is fixedly mounted at an upper end of the inner wall of the water tank (4), a spraying pipeline (10) is fixedly mounted at the other end of the common water pipe (6), several nozzles (8) are fixedly mounted on an outer wall of the spraying pipeline (10) in a linear and uniform distribution, and a fugitive dust sensor (12) is fixedly mounted at a rear end of a bottom face of the vehicle body (2). By means of the device, when the fugitive dust concentration on site is higher than 40 μg/m3, a display screen (1) presents a prompt of opening the nozzles (8) for dust suppression, a water source in the water tank (4) is pressurized by a booster water pump (5) and is output to the spraying pipeline (10) through the common water pipe (6), and the water source is sprayed by the nozzles (8) arranged in the spraying pipeline (10) for dust suppression. During dust suppression, fugitive dust raised by vehicle tires can be suppressed in a timely manner during the travelling of a transport vehicle, and therefore the fugitive dust is prevented from becoming further airborne and polluting the environment.
