Abstract:
A spray head device, comprising a mounting base (2), and a spray head mechanism (3) and a rotary spray-coating mechanism (4) which are mounted on the mounting base (2). The spray head mechanism (3) comprises a housing (9) and a nozzle (10) arranged on the housing (9). A material mixing chamber (11) and a plurality of feed ports (12) are provided in the housing (9). The material mixing chamber (11) is in communication with the nozzle (10) and the feed ports (12). The material mixing chamber (11) is configured for the mixing of multiple materials. The rotary spray-coating mechanism (4) has a mixing chamber (14) and a plurality of discharge ports (15). The mixing chamber (14) is in communication with the nozzle (10) and the discharge ports (15). The rotary spray-coating mechanism (4) has a motion of rotating in an axial direction thereof, and is used to throw mixed materials out of the discharge ports during a rotating process. The spray head device allows multiple materials to be mixed twice and uniformly sprayed onto an inner wall face of a pipe, and is applicable to pipelines and tube wells of various diameters.
