Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A spoiler fitting (1) that allows the operator to assemble the connection between the vehicle and the spoiler in a safer and easier way, characterized in that it comprises a body (2) made of steel metal material; which has a screw connection gap

(5) and the middle parts are in the form of two square prisms cut to be placed on the spoiler line, at least one sealing element (3) that ensures the sealing of the product after the spoiler assembly by being fixed to the upper part of the said body (2).

2. The spoiler fitting (1) according to Claim 1, it is characterized by it is obtained by overmolding technique during the spoiler production stage.

A SPOILER FITTING

Technical Field

The invention concerns to a spoiler fitting made of metal materials that improves the installation, use, and safety of spoilers mounted in the rear of automobiles for the implementation team and users.

Prior Art

Plastic raw materials are used to make the majority of parts of today's spoilers in the production stage. Separate devices are taken for the production method of each part, and the workmanship, device cost and production time of these parts pose a serious problem. In addition, the fact that the manufactured fittings are made of plastic material reduces the product strength and leads to a less durable use.

The invention eliminates such issues as extra cost, product durability and safety, which were problems with the previous technique. The fact that all parts are made of metal material individually in one piece eliminates the high cost caused by the constant purchase of nondurable plastic materials, and they are assembled to support each other, making the spoiler and the car bodywork more durable and reliable.

The invention described in the WO2015135661A1 patent document relates to a device for a motor vehicle comprising a body part and a windbreaker, in which said windlass and body part are connected to each other by means of at least one detachable part.

In the utility model document CN213168323U, the invention relates to the field of vehicle assembly, in particular relating to a spoiler and the connecting group of a vehicle, the connecting group of spoilers is used for the fitting between the spoiler of the vehicle and the body of a vehicle dec the vehicle. In order to eliminate these disadvantages when examining the existing requirements mentioned above and the application of the known state of the technique, the inventor reveals a product that is both safe and less expensive together with the present invention.

Objects and Brief Description of the Invention

The object of the innovation is to produce a spoiler fitting made of metal materials that is simple to install, use, and safe for the implementing team and users when installing and using spoilers on the rear ends of vehicles.

The object of the invention is to improve the durability of spoiler fittings.

Another object of the invention is the protection of spoiler fittings and mounting points against strength, oxidation and wind-based wear.

Another object of the invention is to ensure that the spoiler fittings and mounting points are made of stainless steel and are stainless.

In order to fulfill the objects described above, the invention is a spoiler fitting that allows the operator to assemble the connection between the vehicle and the spoiler in a safer and easier way, characterized in that it comprises a body made of steel metal material; which has a screw connection gap and the middle parts are in the form of two square prisms cut to be placed on the spoiler line, at least one sealing element that ensures the sealing of the product after the spoiler assembly by being fixed to the upper part of the said body.

In order to realize all the advantages mentioned above and which will be understood from the detailed explanation below, the present invention brings many conveniences with its mentioned features.

The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all its advantages will be understood more clearly thanks to the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to these figures, so the evaluation should also be carried out taking into account these figures and their detailed descriptions. Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, spoiler fitting (1) is explained in a way that allows for a better understanding of the issue and does not have any limiting effects.

Figure 1 shows the appearance of the spoiler fitting (1) of the subject of the invention attached to the spoiler. The said spoiler fitting (1) allows the operator to mount the fitting between the vehicle and the spoiler in a more secure and easy dec. The spoiler fitting (1) has a screw connection gap (5) and is designed in the form of two monolithic square prisms, the central parts of which are cut to be inserted into the spoiler line.

Figure 2 shows the perspective shape of the spoiler fitting (1) without the fitting of the screw (4). At least one sealing element (3), located at the top of the body (2) of the said spoiler fitting (1), is joined to the body (2) so that it coincides with the screw connection gap (5). The said spoiler fitting (1) is ready to be screwed with this shape.

Figure 3 shows a side view of the spoiler fitting (1) with all its parts combined. After the sealing element (3), which is fixed to the upper part of the body (2) for installation, respectively, is assembled, the screw (4) is assembled in the last step to assemble the spoiler.

The spoiler fitting (1), which is the subject of the invention, can be manufactured by overmolding technique at the spoiler production stage by an alternative production method.

Overmolding is the technique of adding an October layer (element) to the existing part. With this production technique, said spoiler fitting (1) will be obtained at the spoiler production stage at the designated place in accordance with the intended use. In this sense, the spoiler fitting (1) will perform its function not as a part that is subsequently installed on the spoiler, but as a fixed part created on the spoiler.
