Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a split-type modular slag flushing apparatus, comprising a main pipe, branch pipes, fine branch pipe assemblies, a U-shaped hook, a walkway platform, main pipe supports, and supporting legs. A liquid inlet is formed on the main pipe; the upper ends of the branch pipes are communicated with the main pipe, and the middle parts of the branch pipes are rubber hoses; the rubber hoses are communicated with the fine branch pipe assemblies; each fine branch pipe assembly comprises a fine branch pipe, a transverse pipe, and multiple-discharge nozzles; the fine branch pipe assemblies are fixed by means of the U-shaped hook fixed below the walkway platform; the walkway platform is connected to the supporting legs; the main pipe support supports the main pipe. The apparatus of the present invention has a large operation space and a friendly operating environment, the pipeline resistance is greatly reduced, there is no need to manually adjust and turn the angles of the branch pipes and the nozzles, the water outlet amount of the branch pipes and the nozzles is relatively uniform, the multiple fine branch pipe assemblies are designed in a split and modular mode, both the universality and the interchangeability of parts are high, the overall number of vulnerable parts is greatly reduced, the failure rate is reduced, and the operation rate is increased.
