Abstract:
Disclosed is a split brake block circlip structure in a floating brake caliper assembly. The cross-section of the brake block circlip structure is "己"-shaped, and the lower part thereof is provided with an active return structure. The active return structure is mainly composed of first and second elastic portions, a return structure connecting portion having a support function, and a curved hook for pulling a brake block that are arranged and connected in sequence. The first elastic portion is bent into a U shape and is at the root, and the second elastic portion is an arc-shaped bending structure. The brake block circlip structure comprises an upper protruding structure and a lower circlip body connecting portion, and the active return structure is disposed at the circlip body connecting portion. Under the pull of the active return structure, the present invention quickly separates from a surface of a brake disc to reduce the contact pressure of the disc, thereby reducing drag, improving the energy consumption of the entire vehicle, and improving the rattle noise generated by knocking of the disc.
