Abstract:
Provided is a spline sliding part structure for a vehicle powertrain that makes it possible to inexpensively suppress abnormal noises and vibration from a drive system. The spline sliding part structure for a vehicle powertrain 1 is provided with: male-side splines 23 formed so as to extend in the front-back direction on the outer circumference of the front end of an output shaft 9 extending frontward; a sleeve section 17 formed in a cylindrical shape surrounding the outer circumference of the male-side splines 23; and female-side splines 24 that are formed on the inner circumference of the sleeve section 17 and spline-fit to the male-side splines 23. Male-side circumferential flank faces 36 that are formed to have a curved surface shape and connected smoothly to tooth surfaces 23c of the male-side splines 23 facing the circumferential direction of the male-side splines 23 are formed between the front end surfaces 23b of the male-side splines 23 and the tooth surfaces 23c.
