Abstract:
A spherical multi-stable electronic gear shifter, comprising an upper housing (1) and a lower housing (8) which are detachably connected to each other, wherein a reversing shaft (2), a gear shift assembly, a magnet (4) and a circuit board (5) are mounted inside a cavity enclosed by the upper housing (1) and the lower housing (8); the gear shift assembly comprises a rubber-coated gear shift lever (3), a gear spring (6) and a gear pin (7); the rubber-coated gear shift lever (3) is rotatably mounted inside the upper housing (1) by means of the reversing shaft (2) passing through an inner hole of a radial ball bearing (31) of the gear shift lever and by means of positioning studs (34) at two ends; a spherical protrusion (32) is in sliding friction connection with a hemispherical cavity (111) of the upper housing (1); a tail of the gear pin (7) is sleeved with the gear spring (6) and is then slidably inserted into a gear pin mounting cavity (37); a head of the gear pin (7) is slidably connected to a toothed groove (82) of the lower housing (8); and the magnet (4) is in induction connection with a 3D Hall sensor of the circuit board (5). According to the spherical multi-stable electronic gear shifter, the number of parts is reduced, and an assembly accumulated tolerance of the parts is reduced, such that the amount of shaking of the gear shifter is reduced, and the gear-shift comfort for a driver is improved; and the weight of the gear shifter after assembly is reduced, which is better in line with the trend of being lightweight.
