Abstract:
A spherical link mechanism (100) is provided with a proximal-end-side link hub (31), a distal-end-side link hub (32), and a plurality of link mechanisms. Each of the plurality of link mechanisms is provided with a proximal-end-side end link member (33), a distal-end-side end link member (34), and a central link member (35). The central axis of the proximal-end-side link hub, a first rotational axis, and a third rotational axis intersect at a first spherical link center point. The central axis of the distal-end-side link hub, a second rotational axis, and a fourth rotational axis intersect at a second spherical link center point. A second revolute pair (12), which includes a second rotating shaft (42), the distal-end-side link hub (32), and the distal-end-side end link member (34), includes an angle-limiting mechanism (52) for limiting the angle of rotation in the second revolute pair.
