Abstract:
The present invention provides a speed reducer implemented to have a high reduction ratio, the speed reducer comprising: a first-stage reduction module (110) which includes a first ring gear (114) having 45 teeth and is connected to a driving shaft (11) of an electric motor so as to primarily reduce the torque of the driving shaft (11); a second-stage reduction module (120) which includes a second ring gear (124) having 42 teeth and secondarily reduces the torque of the first-stage reduction module (110); an output cover (130) which is coupled to the second ring gear (124) of the second-stage reduction module (120) and reduces the torque of the second-stage reduction module (120) at a reduction ratio of 1/15; and a housing (140), whereby the size/weight of the speed reducer can be reduced and a high speed reduction ratio can be provided.
