A speed reducer casing, having a liquid-cooling heat dissipation structure disposed on a bottom portion and/or the side wall where a lubricating oil flows through. The liquid-cooling heat dissipation structure comprises a cooling liquid tank (1) and a cover plate (2), the cover plate is used for sealing the cooling liquid tank, and a liquid inlet (3) and a liquid outlet (4) are respectively formed on two ends of the cooling liquid tank; a plurality of convex structures (5) and concave structures (6) are arranged alternately at the bottom of the cooling liquid tank, so that the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the bottom of the cooling liquid tank each are arranged in a wavy shape, thereby increasing the contact area between the cooling liquid tank and the lubricating liquid in the speed reducer casing. The speed reducer casing can achieve heat exchange between a cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank and the lubricating liquid so that heat in the speed reducer casing is quickly taken away, thereby improving the heat dissipation performance of the speed reducer and prolonging the service life of the speed reducer. The present invention also relates to an electric drive assembly having the speed reducer casing.
