Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spectral pressure measuring apparatus comprising: a light source for emitting light; an optical pressure sensor including a cavity having an empty space therein such that light transmitted through an optical transmission fiber can be incident thereto, and a separating membrane formed of a flexible material so as to close the cavity and to be curved in a direction of being pulled into the cavity according to the pressure applied thereto; an optical circulator for transmitting the light emitted from the light source to the optical transmission fiber via a transmission end, and outputting light going backward from the optical transmission fiber to an output optical fiber connected to an output end; a planar spectroscopy module that divides light output from the output optical fiber according to wavelength; a light receiving unit in which a plurality of light-receiving elements receiving light divided according to wavelength by the planar spectroscopy module are arrayed; and a calculator for calculating the pressure applied to the optical pressure sensor by using the light received by the light-receiving unit. According to the above spectral pressure measuring apparatus, the pressure can be precisely measured by using a spectroscopy signal regardless of a cavity structure of the optical pressure sensor.
