Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a spectacle lens manufacturing system which makes it possible that an accurate surface shape is obtained, lens shape processing produces few useless portions, and the lens shape processing takes little time and effort. [Solution] A spectacle lens manufacturing system 1 is provided with a lens mold 42 into which a lens material (thermosetting resin material) is filled, and a fluid resin discharge means (three-dimensional printer 18) which discharges curable fluid resin, and the fluid resin discharge means forms at least part of the lens mold 42 by discharging the fluid resin. The lens mold 42 comprises a front lens mold 21 having a back surface 21a defining the front surface of a spectacle lens 50, a back lens mold 24 having a front surface 24a defining the back surface of the spectacle lens 50, and a side peripheral lens mold 33 having an inner surface defining the side periphery of the spectacle lens 50, and the fluid resin discharge means forms a portion including at least part of the inner surface of the side peripheral lens mold 33.
