Abstract:
A spacer ring assembly and a bearing assembly. The bearing assembly comprises a bearing and the spacer ring assembly. The spacer ring assembly comprises an inner spacer ring (12) and an outer spacer ring (11), one among the inner spacer ring and the outer spacer ring being provided with an oil supply channel, and one among the inner spacer ring and the outer spacer ring being provided with a measurement and transmission module on an end surface facing the bearing. The measurement and transmission module is mounted in a mounting slot (14) in a corresponding side of the spacer ring. The measurement and transmission module comprises a temperature sensor (08), a vibration sensor (09), and a rotational speed sensor (03b). The rotational speed sensor (03b) is matched with an induction magnetic piece (03a), and the induction magnetic piece (03a) is used for being mounted on a bearing holder (06). The measurement and transmission module further comprises a signal transmission module for being in communication connection with each sensor, and a control processing center is used for receiving a signal from the measurement and transmission module so as to control a lubrication system to lubricate the bearing. The information basis for the control processing center controlling the bearing to be lubricated is more comprehensive, facilitating the improvement of the lubrication effect.
