Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a solid-liquid separation system, comprising a waste acid storage tank, a clean water tank, a filter press, a thickening filtration device, and a collecting tank; both the waste acid storage tank and the clean water tank are communicated with the liquid inlet of the filter press by means of a first suction pump, the water outlet of the filter press is communicated with the liquid inlet of the thickening filtration device by means of a second suction pump, and the clean water outlet of the thickening filtration device is communicated with the collecting tank; the water outlet of the filter press is also communicated with a wastewater tank, and the inlet of the wastewater tank is provided with a fourth valve. According to the present solid-liquid separation system, blockage will not occur even if a filter element is not replaced, the costs are reduced, and the service life of the filter press is prolonged; both solid and liquid separated by the system can be recycled, zero-pollutant emission is implemented, the problem of resource waste is solved, and the production and treatment costs of enterprises are greatly reduced.
