Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of waste water treatment. Provided is a solid-liquid separation device applied to the treatment of waste water with high suspended solids. The solid-liquid separation device comprises: a separation tank (1), a filter bed (2), which is fixedly mounted in the middle of the interior of the separation tank (1), and an anti-blocking assembly, which is arranged in the center of the separation tank (1), wherein the filter bed (2) has a tubular structure, and is distributed symmetrically about the central axis of the separation tank (1); the anti-blocking assembly is used to reduce attachments of impurity on the filter bed (2), and is used for the collection and treatment of impurities; the anti-blocking assembly is arranged in the center of the filter bed (2); and the anti-blocking assembly comprises a support tube (3), which is fixedly mounted in the center of the separation tank (1), a spiral rod (4), which is movably arranged in the support tube (3), and a collection tube (8), which is fixedly mounted above the support tube (3). The spiral rod (4) is driven by means of a driving electric motor (5) to rotate in the support tube (3), so that attachments on an inner wall of the support tube (3) and an inner wall of the filter bed (2) are conveniently scraped off in a timely manner so as to avoid the problem of reduced filtration efficiency due to the attachments of impurity on the filter bed (2). The impurities are conveyed by means of the spiral rod (4), which facilitates collection of the impurities in a centralized manner, so as to avoid the accumulation of the impurities inside the support tube (3).
