Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of solid-liquid separation. Disclosed is a solid and liquid separation device applied to the treatment of restaurant wastewater, comprising: a storage tank, a first-stage separation component, which is used for separating solids with large particle diameters in the wastewater, a second-stage separation component, which is used for separating the residual wastewater in the solids with large particle diameters, a sedimentation component, which is fixedly arranged at a water output end of the first-stage separation component, and a third-stage separation component, which is used for separating the settled solids in the wastewater, wherein the first-stage separation component comprises a delivery pipe, which is fixedly mounted in the middle of the interior of the storage tank, a spiral rod, which is movably arranged in the middle of the interior of the delivery pipe, and a water transfer pipe, which is fixedly connected to the middle of one side of the delivery pipe; a side face of the delivery pipe is provided with filter holes, which are in communication with the delivery pipe and the water transfer pipe; and the second-stage separation component comprises a stop block, a collection block and an air pump, which are fixedly mounted at an upper end of the delivery pipe. In the present invention, staged filtering is used, which is convenient to completely filter the wastewater; and a filter structure is cleaned in a timely manner, which is convenient to prevent blockage of the filter structure, thereby improving the filter efficiency.
