Abstract:
A sole shock-absorbing piece (1) and a sole (2). The sole shock-absorbing piece (1) is for use in being sandwiched in the sole (2) and exposed on a sidewall of the sole (2), and comprises an accommodating sack and a non-Newtonian fluid provided in the accommodating sack. The non-Newtonian fluid is added directly into the accommodating sack of the sole shock-absorbing piece (1), the shock-absorbing effect of the fluid is better than that of a non-Newtonian fluid having undergone a foaming treatment; moreover, the sole shock-absorbing piece (1) is exposed on the sidewall of the sole, the flow of the fluid can be observed, and appearance visualization is further enhanced. The sole (2) comprises an upper sole (21), a lower sole (22), and the sole shock-absorbing piece (1). The sole shock-absorbing piece (1) is sandwiched between the upper sole (21) and the lower sole (22) and is at least provided at where the heel of the sole (2) is located. The shock-absorbing performance of the sole (2) is improved and the degree of comfort is increased.
