Provided is a solar panel processing apparatus capable of easily separating layers in a solar panel formed through stacking. The solar panel processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a frame; transport roller units which are installed in the frame and transport a solar panel, in which a glass plate, an adhesive layer, a solar cell layer, and a back sheet layer are sequentially stacked from the bottom, in a first direction, which is horizontal; heating units for heating the solar panel that is transported via the transport roller units; a pair of pressing roller units which press and transport the solar panel transported via the transport roller units; a trimmer unit which removes the back sheet layer, the solar cell layer, and the adhesive layer from the foremost portion of the solar panel that passes through the pressing roller units, while moving in a second direction that is horizontal and perpendicular to the first direction; a peeling unit which inserts a blade into the adhesive layer of the solar panel that has passed through the trimmer unit and which removes a flexible film portion to which the solar cell layer and the back sheet layer are adhered; and a collecting roller that collects the flexible film portion that has been peeled by the peeling unit.
