Abstract:

In a soft grip head, a soft grip unit comprising the same, and a grip device comprising a soft grip unit, the soft grip head comprises a suction pad that comes into contact with a target object. The suction pad comprises a partition wall and a plurality of suction cells. The partition wall divides the suction pad into a plurality of spaces of which both end portions are open. The suction cells are formed in the spaces divided by the partition wall. The suction pad comprises a material of which the stiffness in an axial direction, which is the direction in which the suction cells extend, is lower than the stiffness in a width direction perpendicular to the axial direction.
