Abstract:
A snap-fit roller conveying slideway, comprising a base (1), two ends (2), and two side covers (3). A plurality of rollers (4) distributed in an array are mounted on the upper surface of the base (1), the two side covers (3) are mounted on the left side and the right side of the base (1), respectively, and the rollers (4) are rotatably limited to the upper surface of the base (1) by means of the upper ends of the side covers (3); the two ends (2) are arranged at a front end and a rear end of the base (1), respectively, and at least one of the two ends (2) is assembled together with the corresponding end part of the base (1) in a snap-fit structure. During assembly, the separated ends, the base, the two side covers, and the rollers are firmly assembled and fixed together by means of the snap-fit structures between the separated ends and the base, the whole assembly process is simple, easy and fast, and fasteners such as screws do not need to be additionally used or stamping and other procedures do not need to be additionally added for fixing, thereby improving the assembly efficiency and reducing the assembly labor intensity.
